We reinvented the working lunch by offering a gourmet lunch box delivery service to offices and now to you. The lunch box has a fantastic effect on your work meetings. 

Important Information

  • The order must be paid before the day of delivery at least 24 hours in advance. 
  • We receive orders until 3:00 p.m. the next day. 
  • In the case of orders for Monday delivery, we close at 3:00 p.m. for orders placed on the previous Friday.
  • In case of a holiday, it is necessary to consider that day as a weekend (If Monday is a holiday, the order for Tuesday would have to be placed on Friday).

How far in advance should I book?

We receive orders until 3:00 p.m. the next day. 

Subject to availability of supplies and the number of boxes for your request 

Do I need any specific materials or conditions to be able to take this experience?

  • All our boxes are printed already with our logo. However, if you want to add a sticker, you can do it. We will give you the size cover so you can add another sticker on top of it.
  • In Berlioz Mini, the bags can imprint with your logo company, from 50 pieces. That requires 20 working days in advance. 

What is the Cancellation Policy?

  • In case we have bought supplies that we can not keep or use, we will need to charge for those.
  • In case the notice is longer than 24 hours, we can postpone your delivery. You have one month to use your credit! You can also request a refund.
  • If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, no refund is applicable, and you must pay the complete charge. 
  • For events of more than 30 boxes, you will have to cancel three days in advance. If the cancellation is notified with less time in advance, no refund is applicable, and you must pay the complete charge.

I need waiters and furniture, can I rent them?

Our company specializes in delivering gourmet lunch boxes so that it is unnecessary to hire additional personnel; therefore, we do not have furniture or waiter rental service.
