What to Expect

Each Brindis Box experience comes inside a decorated cardboard box with cut paper, label, and ribbon that includes:

A corporate message card with front and inside imprint.
Lambrusco red or rosé wine / LA Cetto red or white (or similar) miniature 187 ml with design label.
Jar with gourmet dry snack mix (peanut, almond, dried fruit, and nuts)
Candle in Jar with aroma and label with design.
Mini succulent in a ceramic pot and message card.
Custom design development and the client’s corporate identity included.

Once the production of the Brindis Boxes has started, it is not possible to cancel.
Please be aware that the production time will be according to the number of items requested.
Delivery and shipping will be according to the number of requested items.

How far in advance should I book?

The delivery time will depend on the number of Brindis Boxes you need. Please contact us for more information.

Do I need any specific materials or conditions to take this experience?

All our Brindis Boxes are printed already with our logo. However, if you want to add a sticker to your experience, you can do it. We will give you the size cover to add another sticker on top of it.
In Berlioz Mini, the bags can imprint with your logo company from 50 pieces. That requires 20 working days in advance.

Is there an extra cost of shipping?

No inside Mexico City and yes outside Mexico City. The shipping cost will be according to the weight of the number of Boxes.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

If we have bought supplies that we can not keep or use, we will need to charge for those.
If the notice is longer than 72 hours, we can postpone your delivery. You have one month to use your credit! You can also request a refund.
If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours in advance, no refund is applicable, and you must pay the complete charge.
For events of more than 30 boxes experience, you will have to cancel three days in advance. If you cancel with less time in advance, no refund is applicable, and you must pay the complete charge.
