What to Expect

Each Dinner Box experience comes on a personalized cardboard box decorated with Mexican Style Chopped paper, label, and ribbon that includes:

Prepared and vacuum-packed menu according to the occasion with three courses for a complete gourmet experience (starter, main course with garnish, gourmet dessert).
Instructions on how to heat and plate as well as the expiration date.
A corporate message card with front and inside imprint
All elements include a custom design with the client’s logo and corporate identity.

Is there an extra cost of shipping?

Outside Mexico City, shipping has an extra cost. It will be according to the weight of the number of Dinner Boxes.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

If we have bought supplies that we can not keep or use, we will need to charge for those.
If the notice is longer than 72 hours, we can postpone your delivery. You have one month to use your credit! You can also request a refund.
If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours in advance, no refund is applicable, and you must pay the complete charge.
For events of more than 30 boxes experience, you will have to cancel three days in advance. If you cancel with less time in advance, no refund is applicable, and you must pay the complete charge.
