The number of participants defined is the maximum number per group. In the case of more people, a different group should have quoted. You may schedule the other group in parallel (breakout rooms) or another time.

Certainly, all information received after this Happy Box team building activity will be used with confidentiality.
Prices may vary during the year with prior notice.
In case of contracting a program with several Workshops discounts are applied. We will grant a 5% discount on the original price, incrementally from the second Workshop onwards. For instance, a program can include up to 5 Workshops.
Quotations include the agreed time for the delivery of the service. For reasons beyond Improbox’s control, exceeding the service time will be charged an additional 10% to the total price.

FAQ

How far in advance should I book?

For this Agile Box we require that the approval of the proposal. It must be made at least two weeks before the service delivery date.
We need two days’ notice in case of rescheduling a service delivery date or time.
Further, after the approval of the proposal for each opportunity, you’re going to get a Service Agreement. It will indicate the scope and economic conditions.

Do I need any specific materials or conditions to take this experience?

Preferably, connect on a computer to have the camera and microphone open. Most important, it must have the latest version of Zoom downloaded.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Above all, it would be best to pay 50% of the amount before delivering the service and the remaining 50% on completion.
Likewise, in contracting a program with several workshops, we will establish a specific payment plan concerning the period of delivery.
