Do I need any specific materials or conditions to be able to take this experience?

We require:

  • A firm stage or area is required.
  • Bottled water for the musicians before and during the event.
  • If you hire sound, 125V power is required on site.
  • Suppose your event is delayed for more than 30 minutes and you still want to have the music service. In that case, it is necessary to make another payment for an additional set, remaining available to the musicians because sometimes they are required in another subsequent event.

Is there an extra cost for travel?

Yes, it depends on the distance, the price of transportation could increase.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

If the cancellation is 7 calendar days before the performance, there won’t be a surcharge. After a charge will be 50% of the cost.
