How far in advance should I book?

You should book at least 1 week in advance, to guarantee the availability of our group.

Do I need any specific materials or conditions to be able to take this experience?

We require:

  • A firm stage or area is required.
  • Bottled water for the musicians before and during the event.
  • If you hire sound, we need 125V power on site.
  • Suppose your event is delayed for more than 30 minutes and you still want to have the music service. In that case, it is necessary to make another payment for an additional set, remaining available to the musicians because sometimes they are required in another subsequent event.

Is there an extra cost for travel?

Yes, it depends on the distance, the price of transportation could increase.

 Operator includes travel expenses in Cancun and the Hotel corridor until Playa del Carmen

What is the Cancellation Policy?

If client make the cancellation 15 calendar days before the performance, there won’t be a surcharge. After that, we will charge 50% of the cost.
