We will pick you up at the lobby of your hotel and start the journey towards Tulum.
Tulum is the only place where you can find beachfront Mayan ruins. It was one of the last cities inhabited and built by the ancient Maya. It even managed to survive for another 70 years after the Spanish began occupying Mexico. Due to its location on the Caribbean Coast cliffs, it used to be a substantial commercial and political center.
Today it is one of the most famous Mayan sites to visit, certainly also because of its magnificent white-sandy beaches with the sublimely turquoise waters, rivaling the best of the Caribbean.
After a guided visit to the archaeological site, you have free time to enjoy the zone. The visit’s duration is around 2 hours, including free time for you to discover the area on your own. Then we will continue to Cenote dos Ojos.
Cenote Dos Ojos is a few kilometers away from Tulum Archeological Zone and is immersed in the Mayan Jungle. Crystal clear waters and beautiful caverns are ideal for those who love Nature and practice snorkel.
The cenotes were sacred places for the Maya Civilization. Today, they are one of the main attractions to visit in Riviera Maya. Cenote Dos Ojos is part of the most extensive underground river system in the world. Also, it has some of the biggest caves ever explored.
After 1 hour in Cenote Dos Ojos, we will continue to your Hotel or Meeting Point.
